Oliver Stanton, renovating his characterful property in the highly sought-after Bearsted area of Maidstone, aimed to blend traditional British charm with contemporary functionality. He selected beautiful, soft blush-taupe shaker-style cabinetry adorned with elegant brass hardware to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. To perfectly complement these delicate tones and the striking dark-framed sash window, he required a classic, bright surface. As a leading provider of Luxury kitchen worktops, we knew that Mono Calacatta Eternal Grey would provide the ideal balance of timeless elegance and modern practicality.

The design is a masterclass in transitional styling. The pristine white quartz with its subtle grey veins flows beautifully across the base units, perfectly framing a magnificent freestanding stainless steel range cooker. A traditional white Belfast sink is seamlessly fitted beneath the stone, accompanied by an elegant brass mixer tap that ties the room’s metallic accents together flawlessly.

To complete the bespoke finish, matching quartz upstands run seamlessly along the perimeter. This offers a neat, architectural seal that protects the walls, allowing the artwork and the atmospheric LED plinth lighting to truly shine in this wonderfully cohesive space.
