Declan Harrington, transforming his spacious property in the Broughton area of Milton Keynes, envisioned a highly dramatic and ultra-modern culinary environment. He opted for a bold, dark aesthetic, installing sleek, black, matte, handleless cabinetry that provides a deep, minimalist foundation. To break up the dark tones and introduce a striking visual contrast, he required a luminous, light-reflecting surface. Mono Calacatta Gold quartz was the perfect choice to serve as a brilliant, luxurious centrepiece.

The layout features an expansive U-shaped perimeter that effortlessly surrounds the room’s main attraction: a monumental central island.
