We provide quotation support, templating, fabrication, supply, delivery, and installation services for bespoke residential and commercial projects across the UK. Our installation and templating work is managed with a strong focus on workmanship quality, project consistency, and efficient turnaround times.

Orders & Production
Bespoke Manufacturing
All worktops are manufactured to order based on customer-specific requirements.
Once templating, slab allocation, cutting, or fabrication has started, orders may not be cancelled except where required under consumer law.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
accurate information is provided
cabinets are level and properly installed before templating
adequate site access is available
plumbing, electrical, and preparatory works are completed where necessary
Delays caused by incomplete site readiness may result in additional charges or installation delays.
Installation & Workmanship
Installation Services
Installation dates are estimated and may occasionally change due to:
material availability
transport delays
manufacturing schedules
weather conditions
unforeseen operational circumstances
We will always aim to keep customers informed and complete projects within agreed timeframes wherever reasonably possible.
Standard templating and installation services are generally provided within approximately 120 miles of London, although larger or specialist projects outside this area may be considered.
Workmanship Standards
MonoLux Worktops aims to deliver all products and installations with reasonable care, skill, and professional workmanship standards.
Minor variations inherent to stone fabrication and installation tolerances are considered normal within the industry.
Warranty & Aftercare
Lifetime Warranty
Selected quartz and stone worktops supplied and installed by MonoLux Worktops may include a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing and workmanship issues under normal domestic use conditions.
Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product and material selected.
60-Day Workmanship Guarantee
If installation-related issues arise within 60 days of fitting, including:
joint movement
adhesive concerns
fitting adjustments
installation-related chips
silicone finishing issues
we will assess the issue and arrange appropriate remedial work where applicable.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranties do not cover:
accidental damage
misuse
excessive impact
heat damage
structural movement
third-party modifications
damage caused after installation
Liability
